How can I change my membership plan?

When your membership is expiring, you will be contacted to find out if you would like to continue with the same plan. In this case you can either choose to renew your subscription or sign up for a different membership option. If you don’t continue with the subscription, your user account will remain active but limited to a basic level. Olga will occasionally reach out to you with updates, offers, special tips and other news.
If you want to completely shutdown your account just send us an email and we’ll remove you from all mailing lists and permanently erase your account.
